James is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in business, banking, real estate, project management, and customer service. He is a licensed Title Agent and Alabama Attorney. His real estate journey began in real estate lending. From 2010 to 2020 James served lenders in various capacities including loss mitigation, mortgage processing, mortgage loan officer support, processing manager, closing manager, and process engineer.
James graduated from Miles Law School in 2019, summa cum laude, as valedictorian of his class. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar and began practicing law later that same year. In 2020, he decided to focus his efforts on title and closing. James uses the lessons he’s learned throughout his career to create a seamless closing experience for clients.

She is also a devoted wife to Gregory Battle I, a retired real estate appraiser, and a loving mother of four adult children and three grandchildren.
